In this world we’re can find poles apart,there is Antartica and Arctic. Antartica is nearly twice the size of the united states. The name Antartica was coined to mean “opposite to the Arctic”. Antartica is a high and ice covered landmass. But in Arctic the landmass are grouped around the ice-covered Arctic Ocean. This areas is very different. For the climate Antartica is the coldest area in the world, 30 degrees colder than the Arctic, at the south pole nearly 10,000 feet high,and monthly mean temperatures run well below zero. Daily temperatures may drop far below the monthly mean. In winter, temperatures sometimes fall below -100 degrees Fahrenheit. And in August 1960, a temperatures of -127 degrees Fahrenheit ( it’s the world’s record low temperatures ). Beside that, there are a different land and animals. In Antartica we can find a few of plants and penguins populate ( in Antartica coastline ). In the Artic there are many plants (such as; in some of the few ice-free areas of Antartica, mosses, lichens,and algae) and the land animals of the Arctic are foxes, bears, reindeer, and lemmings. In Artic, we can’t find penguins populate. Ice is the great featureof Antartica. More than 4.5 million square miles of ice sheet cover the areas.Antartica is the storehouse of about 85 % of the total world supply of ice. The icecap is very thick, averaging nearly 8,000 feet. At one spot,the ice to be more than 13,000 feet. If this great volume of ice were to melt, the volume of the world oceans would increase, and sea level would rise.

WAYS FOR MINIMIZING BIRTH RATES

In this era, a couple of asia countries often have problems with population issues. This problem resulted in the slow development of a countries. Many other issues will arising from this problem. For example, increasing the population of state ,the state per capita income will declining then. Consequently increasing poverty levels, and criminal problems were emerging. Source of population problems is the increased birth rate. For that, this problem does not occur consistently hysterical we must find a way to minimize the birth rate, such as ; enforcing family planning system, eliminate free sex, and reduce early marriage.

First, we must enforce a system of family planning. That is, each family consisting of father, mother and two children. This is done to reduce the birth rate in family. With it can create a happy family planning. This program can use a variety of ways using contraceptives (condoms), spiral, pills, and others. Family planning program in Indonesia and China already walking. In China, the family planning program has allowed only one child. And the effect of incomes per capita increased Chinese State. Family planning helps minimize the number of births. Family planning also as one effective solution to some problems with the country of residence.

Second, eliminate free sex. Free sex in addition to the problems affect the health, sex is not using contraception can also cause birth rate in the country is increasing. If we doesn’t reducing or eliminating free sex means we allow the birth rete is usually inhabitants increase because who didn’t use contraception so that pregnancy and childbirth being commonly. For that negate free sex helped reduce the birth rate.

And the last is to reduce the early marriage. That is, by reducing early marriage is to reduce the possibility of having children at an early age. Because when viewed from the psychological side,the young age have not be raedy to have kids. The possibility of divorce and remarriage is also greater. With the increasing number of married, divorce, remarried and had another child to the birth rate is increasing.

So, that population issues can be resolved by finding a way to minimize the number of birth, such as carrying out family planning, eliminate free sex, and reduce early marriage. Actually there is one more way, namely pressing the population of women and men increase the number of residents. This way once done by the Chinese State, but this way is not effective when used in Indonesia. In essence, if we want to solve problems of population, we must reduce the birth rate. Because of the greater numbers of residents of the country greater number of issues arising, among other economic issues, health, criminal, and etc. this requires awereness to help reduce the birth rate in the State.

INDONESIA’S CULTURE

In this era, Indonesia’s culture has been claimed by other countries. These things happen because Indonesian doesn’t try to defend our culture, for examples Batik and Ponorogo’s dance. We must find out how to defend our culture. Such as presenting culture, copy righting culture product, and introduce culture to wide world.
First, we must presenting culture. We can do it in many ways such as introducing batik in everyschool, exhibitingour culture in huge forum, and may be we can make build some courses of culture. For example, traditional dance, traditional music, and etc. it will increase our nasionalism.
Second, we must copy righting culture product to UNESCO. If we can do it,wewill get lagalicy. Every countryin the world will admit our culture and no one dare to claim our culture.
And the last, we must to introduced culture to wide world. We can introduceour culture n many ways, and many season. Example, international culture exhibition, and may be we can make our exhibition at other countries. In this ways, another people in other contries will recognice our culture and respect it.
To prevent the above problems to be continuing, we have to do something. Et least, there are two things that we have done in synergic, as follows; support the effort of protecting the Indonesian culture legally, support the Indonesian culture data processing ; a legal protection without a good data will not work optimally.
